1. Particular and Use

This product is suitable for connection line of electrical instrument and transmission line of automatic control system in AC rated voltage 450 / 750V and below. There are many excellent performances, for example oil resistant, waterproof, wear-resistant, acid and alkali resistance and corrosive gas resistant, ageing resistance, fire resistance, etc. It’s fit for the metallurgy, power, petrochemical and other industries.

2. Product Standard:

Q/HHTZH004.1, The flame retardant control cable also should comply with the GB12666-90 standard.

3. Property for Use:2) The highest work temperature:

F46 insulated is not more than 200 Degree Celsius.

PFA insulated is not more than 260 Degree Celsius.

3) The lowest environment temperature:

a. PVC sheath: It is -40 Degree Celsius in fixed laying. It is -15 Degree Celsius in non fixed laying.

b. F46, PFA and Silicone rubber sheath: It is -60 Degree Celsius in fixed laying. It is -20 Degree Celsius in non fixed laying.

4) For laying cable, the temperature should be not lower than 0 Degree Celsius. (It is not lower than -25 Degree Celsius with F46, PFA, Silicone rubber and Butyl Nitrile sheath cable.)

5) Permissible bending radius of cable is as follows:

a) For non armored cables, should be not less than 6 times of cable overall diameter;

1) AC Rated voltage (U0/U): 450/750V.

b) For the cable with armored or copper tape shielded cable, should be not less than 12 times of cable overall diameter;

c) F46, PFA insulated and sheath cable, should be not less than 8 times of cable overall diameter.
